A bunch of the Pralus line, including a 45% milk chocolate, the ever-popular 100% and the ‘barre infernale lait’, a large block of milk chocolate filled with chocolate-hazelnut cream and whole roasted hazelnuts (we also sell the ‘creme de noisettes’ in a tube – it is essentially Nutella for the adult set) :
